Update Regarding Covid-19:

PACHSI continues to monitor the impact in Saskatchewan of COVID-19. Our top priority is the health of all our staff, customers and the community. As such, we follow the guidance of public health officials on precautionary steps to ensure everyone’s well-being.
PACHSI is practicing social distancing and taking measures to communicate with our customers to avoid all unnecessary in-person meetings whenever possible.
Effective today, all tenant home visits and in office visits are cancelled. The office will remain open for rental payments only although we currently looking at setting up e-transfers for payments. The Housing Coordinators will send via email any paperwork required to be filled out and once completed can either be dropped off at the office or scanned and returned via email. Our maintenance crew will be attending to essential work orders only, therefore any planned work in occupied units will be cancelled until further notice. Please feel free to call with any questions you may have.
Thank you for your understanding in this very serious matter and everyone stay safe.
